We are specialized in small investors that want to access the US technological market. Minimum investment is $10.000 and maximum is 1 million. These investors usually enter our Fund for anywhere between 5-10 years or even further. Our investors seek to have a direct investment in Technological companies that return high yields, strong capital growth – achieved by identifying and realizing value-added opportunities and through active management of the property asset from the day of its acquisition through to its eventual sale.
